  We had a great experience with this company. They came out to inspect the plumbing for our washing machine and our water heater, and Ozzy was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clearly explained what he found, and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. He provided an honest, fair estimate with no pressure. The company was also very professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated their system that kept us updated and showed exactly where the technician was while he was on the way, making it easy to know when to expect him. Ozzy was knowledgeable, genuine, and professional, and we felt confident in the information and recommendations he provided. We would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Booking was fantastic! I described what I needed and the knowledgeable person on the phone provided me with comfort, knowing what was needed, and booked a technician visit for the next available time slot Nathan the technician was great; came, looked at the project, explained what needed to be done, asked if there were any other plumbing questions/concerns I had regarding my home, and then promptly provided a quote. Once approved he did the job on the spot and everything is great! I would recommend D&F for any and all plumbing needs; kind, knowledgeable, and hard working people!

  A neighbor recommended D&F Plumbing to me and I'm grateful. Daniele answered the phone and right away I could tell that D&F was a professional company. Daniele asked all the right questions, and got me scheduled for a service call the very next morning. I received a text with the name of the technician, along with his picture, and a tracker showing his real time travel to our home. Jason arrived right on schedule, and once again I was very impressed with how professional D&F is. Jason is both knowledgeable and personable, and after looking over our plumbing layout in the home, he jumped right in and solved the problem. Calling in professionals is both stressful and expensive because you don't know whom you can trust, nor do you know how much it will cost. Professionals nowadays are very expensive, and the last thing you need is a big bill coupled with poor workmanship. D&F Plumbing did a great job and the cost was within the range I was expecting, given today's market for plumbing services. I am glad I now have a plumbing contact I can call in the future.

  In May of 2026 I contacted D&F Plumbing to fix an old outdoor water spigot that hadn’t been working right for years. They sent Plumber John Hurst, who did a beautiful job of making the spigot work like new again and at a reasonable price. My house was built in 1894 and there were still a few unresolved issues. John looked everything over and I ended up with a list of what could be critical and what could wait. No pressure. Everything he fixed has been working perfectly. Definitely money well spent, and a load off my mind. Thank you.

  We are unable to use our AC due to water blocking some ducts (we had a sink overflow). Called D&F and was told that perhaps they could even have someone out that day, Friday,6/19 . Did not recieve a call back, but did get an e-mail stating they would be out 3 days later on the following Monday,6/22. Called Monday bright and early to get a more specific arrival time, and was told that I was scheduled 8 days later! When I informed them they had told me someone woud be out Monday, 6/22 and now they were telling me they would be out the following week, 7/1, they then told me that they would try to take care of this. About an hour later they called to tell me that they would have someone out on Thursday 6/25 to see if they could do the work (now it was not to clean the ducts, but to see if they could do the job). This was a stressful time for us compounded by whatever this was on D&F’s part. My advice in dealing with these people - ask more questions, pin them down on what they mean. I’d say getting it in writting, but that didn’t make a difference in our case.
