  Do not provide card information to this company! They will charge you without your approval! Onsite Technicians are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I had sent the technician a video sewer scope to avoid an additional charge, which the technician had confirmed he received. (They were going to charge me an additional $500 if I did not provide my own inspection) However, the office had still charged me $139 for their own inspection (Despite me providing my own) They mentioned it was for the time of building out the estimates. I had gotten estimates from 2 other companies which didn't even need card information to go and get us estimates. Their estimates were also 1/3 of the cost of D&F, so as you could imagine we decided to go another direction. Come 2 weeks later, and the company is now placing charges on my credit card that I did not approve of. I am now in the process of needing to dispute everything and close my credit card so they can no longer place unauthorized charges. I did received a call from their office where they had confirmed I did not give them permission to charge the credit card.

  The booking app “froze” and wouldn’t let me continue. So while the online booking app needs some work, D+F Plumbing gets a FIVE. I called and booked via a human, and based upon past experiences am looking forward to their technician resolving my issue quickly as they have done in the past!

  I met with Jason this morning to review a project partially completed by another vendor to see if D&F Plumbing could complete the work. They declined to take on the remainder of the project and I understood their reasoning. Based on our talk this morning, I would recommend attaining an estimate from this company before any work is begun for a similar project. The service I checked below is the closest that describes the work that still needs to be done, even though it will not be done by this company.

  McKenzie did a fantastic job fixing our sink that had collapsed. Since it was our kitchen sink the urgency of getting it fixed was high. McKenzie was able to make it out Friday afternoon and finish the job that was started by his colleague. He was Very courteous, very efficient and we very much appreciate the work that he did.

  I’m disappointed because when I booked this I was under the impression that they would have all the parts and be able to service at time of the appointment several days later. I even sent a list of the correct parts needed with the dispatch because I am on a deadline. But I get charged the $170 or something fee for them to come and take pictures of my sink and tell me they have to order parts. This job should not cost $1775 when I can buy the parts on amazon for $190 myself, and hire a handyman for literally an hour’s work. I’ll be Completing this task myself for under $250.
