  This review is a bit premature because we haven't had any work done yet but I really appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness of Crown Plumbing folks. We got three estimates to consider based on what level of service we were looking for - complete replacement of toilets or just fixes - and the rep who helped gave honest feedback and fair recommendations. If I remember, I'll update after the work is completed. So far so good, though.

  I'm a General Contractor and Crown has always done a great job for me; in all kinds of projects. Friendly office people, estimators and field technicians, who all have been great to work with. Rick and his guys are very knowledgeable, do good work, show up when they say they will, and call me back when I've left messages. Doesn't get any better than that! I recommend Crown to customers and other Contractors.

  Excellent work on everything. Steven is an artist and very thorough. Full remodel of Kitchen, Primary bathroom, Guest bathroom and Laundry. Removed old cpvc, added connections for the water filter instead of tapping into faucet line, added a dedicated hot water line to the dishwasher, all with independent 1/4 turn metal shutoff valves. Replaced all of the original low quality plastic fittings. I am very happy with Crown Plumbing and especially Steven.

  Great experience starting with my first call. Brad West was our plumber. Kept me updated on ETA with calls/texts. He was nice, polite and knowledgeable and explained all aspects of what was needed. I will be needing other updating and will be calling Brad and Crown Plumbing again!

  We highly recommend Crown Plumbing. The 103 year-old cast iron drain pipe that ran between our kitchen and basement laundry, then across our basement to our main sewer line was rotting out and couldn't be snaked or jetted. We're talking 40' - 50' of new pipe that had to be installed under the foundation of our house. No one wants to spend a lot of money to have their basement floor jackhammered for a new drain pipe. Crown made the process as painless and possible. Their plumbers were both highly knowledgeable and professional. They showed-up as promised and worked as long as needed to complete the scheduled tasks every day. The guys who dug the trench and later lay the new concrete put up plastic to minimize dust and did a great job cleaning up. In addition to replacing the drain pipe and our basement floor drain the plumbers replaced some connecting pipes that weren't in the original scope of work without charge and improved the flow, look, and functioning of the plumbing in our basement laundry. It wasn't a project I looked forward to, but I'm very pleased with how quickly and professionally they did the job. I hope not to have any other plumbing needs in the near future, but if I do, I'll definitely call them back. The first three photos are the "before" pictures showing the trench that had to be dug and some of the old plumbing, the last three are the new fixtures, and plumbing.
