  I helped my father in law install a new furnace and we also added A/C to the mix. When all done I texted Jason from Suburban HVAC to hook up the lines and charge the system. Because of the hot weather (mid August in the upper 90's) I expected about a two week delay for him to come out, but to my surprise he texted me back and sent out Matt to do the setup and first run in just two days. Matt was super nice and had the a/c up and running in less than two hours. Matts work looked very professional when done. Really please with Jason and Matt from suburban HVAC.

  Jason and Matt provided unbelievable customer service. The company where I bought my heat pump recommended Standard HVAC, but told me to expect a week or two delay because they're really busy. I text Jason on a Saturday, and he arranged to have someone at my house Monday morning. Matt showed up exactly on time, got his work done like a pro, and was also a really nice guy. Being a DIY installation, my first heat pump, I missed some connections so we couldn't start the system. Matt was very patient and gave me some pointers. I finished my stuff that afternoon, got the system running, and Jason helped me out over text with some questions. Unfortunately, that afternoon my system shut down. I didn't know what to do so I text Jason—again. He showed up the next day, did some troubleshooting, and found the one thing I forgot to put power to (condensate pump). Yep, user error. Then Jason didn't want any money for his visit. That's good service!

  Jason treated me so well and even spoke to me after hours and tried to walk me through my issue before coming out to my house. He had Matt come and diagnosed the issue. Within 30 minutes my cooling issue was fixed. Jason treated me like top priority even though they were bombarded with calls. I would recommend Suburban HVAC to anyone.
