  Time is one of our most important assets… And I can say without a doubt that my time was very well respected with my service from One Hour Heating and A/C. I was given consistent communication around my appointment. I was also given information ahead of the day of my appointment when my service would happen and then I was also communicated with when the technician was on their way, plus when they arrived to my home. Speaking from someone that works from home and is on regular back-to-back meetings this was so helpful! It was really great to have Andy out for our maintenance… He was friendly, very knowledgeable and overall the service was fantastic! Andy even was patient with our very friendly (and furry!) dog! We highly recommend One Hour Heating and A/C!

  We had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning come out and service our ac unit. Alex did a great job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

  From the moment Andy, the technician, arrived he went straight to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and competent. He did a thorough check up of our system and gave advice on what we can do to run more efficiently. If you are in need of service or a new unit, call One Hour Heating and Cooling, you will be glad you did. They are the only company I will be using now.

  We had Alex & Andy from One Hour at our house yesterday to clean our ducts and do some routine maintenance on our hvac. Both were great! They knew what they were doing and were happy to talk about my system with me. Would definitely have them back out.

  Andrew was very nice and punctual. He correctly diagnosed that the blower motor needed to be replaced, but he missed that the wires to the compressor were incorrectly placed, the compressor was actually fine. This could’ve cost us thousands in an unnecessary replacement. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before approving any big-ticket repairs with this company.
