- DADavid Ambrose4 days ago1.0The worst customer service experience ever. In most cases it's just one bad apple, here it was one and then a manager who just smiled at me like it was a joke. Much better service at NW Tool in Vancouver. It's worth the trip and was told I was the second person that day to come from Charles H Day.
