  I had a horrible experience with this company. They promised to make issues right but in the end said their work would pass construction standards, which I've since learned are pretty low. Since they seem proud of their work, I'm sure they won't mind me sharing pictures of my windows, with the trim crooked and mistakes covered in caulk. They did fix a few of these things but the poor workmanship didn't make the issues much better, and it didn't take away from the fact that they thought the work was good enough until I said something. The worst part, they installed a visibly damaged/defective window. They saw the damage, anyone could see it clearly, but they installed it anyway. The manufacturer provided a new window at no cost; it now sits in my back yard. UPDATE 6 MONTHS AFTER JOB COMPLETION: We asked the contractor several times to caulk between the window trim joints so that the caulk would not crack. They refused, stating that putting caulk on the outside of the joint was good enough. My father, who worked in construction for 20+ years when he was younger, explained that shrinking in the wood would crack their caulk. That's exactly what happened. All my windows in the sun have cracks in the caulked joints, allowing for water damage. I'm in the process of having much of their work fixed. See pictures. Also, in response to the contractor, you weren't present for the job and are sharing hearsay from workers who want to keep their jobs.

  Our home is 27 yrs old and all of our windows (except for N facing) had broken seals. The glass looked like it had pink/orange mold between the panes. I was dreading replacing the windows because some of my neighbors have done this and their costs were extremely high. Keith came over and gave me a quote for new glass and screens and it was very reasonable. The windows were replaced in a day and the next day, all the windows were cleaned by professional window cleaners. Our house looks brand new again and the house is quieter too. Now when my wife looks out the windows, she is amazed at how crystal clear they are. She is happy, so therefore, I am too! 🤣 Highly recommend Carey Global. Thank you Keith and Team.

  In the past year Carey Global has been our go-to for window trouble-shooting and repair. They have helped us investigate and resolve the source of a leak and install new glass packs in our warrantied windows. The team has been a pleasure to work with; consistently professional, amiable, up for challenge. We will continue to turn to Carey Global as we have other repair needs around our home.

  We replaced all our old windows and sliding glass doors. Absolutely love our new windows- definitely would recommend. Friendly, professional, and the finished job is perfect!! Needed some trim replacement around the new windows- excellent, excellent!!
