Cole was a very good representative for A-Temp and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He explained things thoroughly and in a way that I could understand; wasn't pushy about taking this deal and was very kind. I'd give him an A+. Plus he reminded me of my grandson with his smile!

Our tech, Ozzy, was easy to talk to, very professional, and answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we understand what’s going on. Even though we received the bad news that we need a whole new system, it was probably the best experience that we’ve had with any kind of pro or tech coming to work on our house.

We were having a particular maitainace job done to our heat pump, Robert was able to determine that it was just a much smaller and considerably less expensive problem. WE WERE ABLE TO SAVE MONEY ON OUR MAITAINACE BECAUSE OF ROBERT!! He even made friends with our dog. Will be asking for Robert in the future.
