  Optimus recently replaced our roof. We are first time home owners that needed a full roof replacement. Their communication, pricing, and final product were above expectations. It's a very stressful endeavor and their professionalism and transparency throughout the process was fantastic. We would highly recommend their services for anyone and will definitely be calling them back if/when we need work done in the future.

  Optimus replaced out roof in January. The crew was professional and hardworking. They were done with the project within a week. The roof looks great. Arnulfo has been wonderful in answering my questions and went above and beyond to address any concerns.

  Excelllent workmanship plus reasonable prices. We have had numerous buildings, including a large barn, reroofed with metal. Arnie (owner) is very accurate on measurements. He is responsive regarding questions about the process. His office manager is always friendly and also responsive to any issues we have .His roofing crew was incredibly neat, cleaning up all debris and removing it.   We started the project in mid-September. Complete reside of the existing plus a fresh coat of paint. The existing T1-11 was 25+ years old. Got the residing done in the fall but then the standard California mist (it missed Cal) set in for the winter. So, the siding was complete, and the house was weathertight. We decided to hold off on the paint until spring when it hopefully dried out a little and warmed up. Mid-April and things were looking good. The paint crew showed up on Saturday morning and pressure washed the house. We noticed a damaged barge rafter after the pressure wash and scrapping. Tuesday it was go for the gold. The carpenters were back to replace the barge rafter, the painters masked everything off and went to work. Base color was done on a long Tuesday. Wednesday they finished the trim and everything was complete. Everything cleaned up and ship shape. Arnulfo, Carlos, Saul, and the entire crew were great to work with. They answered every stupid question we had. They worked efficiently and quickly and did truly fine work. Our thanks to them, SALUD. You deserve a Cerveza. M&M Alan Halstead
