I followed their instructions and paid my own money for the general wash, but when I returned for the express service, the staff’s attitude was extremely unwelcoming. Even though there were only 4 cars ahead of me, they told me it would take over 2 hours(It’s not a express detailing service), acting as if they didn't want to take any more customers. To make matters worse, I saw staff members driving other cars directly into the automatic wash themselves, which made me realize I was likely misled about their "system." I felt discriminated against and ignored because I wasn't familiar with how they operate. I will never come back here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
