  They were timely and respectful. I was impressed how clearly they explained the issues and felt that the price was certainly fair considering the issue we had and their 90 day guarantee on their work.

  I paid $1800 for them to do this, which they did not fix the solution because they failed to realize that it was a crack in the shower drain itself which was causing the initial leak. They also failed to notice this other small patch of wet spot that they either caused or did not see. I would not recommend this company and or the plumber/Rhiley for business. I went with them because I thought they would do a great job due to their reviews. Unfortunately that was not the case. Quote $85.00 diagnostic fee which gets waived if the work is done, but they don't tell you that the work will be a couple hundred plus after they've put a hole in your ceiling which they can't even fix, you'll supposed to use another company that they'll recommend. Total scam do not use them. You are better off finding a contract company and or one that can do all the work, then just plumbers as they are all pretty scammers. They'll probably leave some reply feedback explaining blah blah blah, which is fine, but whoever is smart and actually sorts through reading the negative feedback first you'll save yourself a lot of money by reading my negative review and passing on this company.
