  I just got off the phone with Paula and she was wonderful!! She explained many things about a pump and what all goes into an estimate. She was patient and was willing to work with us to help a family member who needed their pump fixed. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and was truly concerned about getting water to this family member. I would recommend them to anyone that wishes to be treated with kindness and respect and wanting to be treated fairly and compassionately. Thank you Paul and Klamath Pump

  Terrible front desk lady!!! They do not like to work with you and threaten collections for just a simple question. If there was a negative I would have put it. Terrible terrible terrible.
