- JSj SchlesenerSep 18, 20261.0If you like being lied to your face.. 🙄 I arrived at 7:30am, and managed to be the 1st person in the door and on the list. They said it was 1st come 1st serve, but they treated me like i didnt matter, or matbe they hoped i was stupid. Im still waiting for them to start on my vehicle, and its now 9:15am. It isnt really 1st come 1st serve. The receptionist told me they let people in front of me because they just had little things, ect. That's not right, i got here extra early and was lied to. She told me it takes 4hrs to replace a windshield, another lie. It does not take half the damn day to replace a windshield. I travel cross country and have had many windshields replaced over the past several years, and i have watched them do it. Its about a 30 to 45min task. I wouldn't recommend these people, who have no respect for their customers time, and will try to insult your intelligence
