  My partner and I just moved into a townhouse here. From day one, the whole Risewell team, especially Cody, was super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Moving can always have its challenges, but they have been on top of every single post-move-in detail, addressing and fixing things as quickly as they can for us. The place is great and we love the location! There are plans for shops and parks in the development that we are excited about and we can’t wait to see what the community will grow into!

  I visited this community with my family and we absolutely loved it! The floorplans are all super usable and functional. And with price points for townhomes starting under $400,000 and single family starting at $519,990, you can't beat it! Highly recommended!

  What an exciting development this is becoming! With a future main street including boutique shops/restaurants, over 6 acres of designated park space, all within a walkable community!

  Really disappointed in this development. $600,000 for 1700 sq feet and no yard, no curb appeal, and I can assume bad quality after seeing how quickly these are going up. I wish these companies cared about their product and tried to improve the area rather than sqeezing every lot for as much as possible. These are basically townhomes and should be closer to $400000. I hope no one buys them
