  Joe Best came out today to service I own. He was a very professional individual and my dogs instantly liked him so you know you can trust a person like that. He explained the steps and review really well. So glad I went with this company!

  Air Stars has been declining for the past few years. We have been customers for over 15 years before it became Air Stars. We have been on the Gold Plan paying monthly for regular twice yearly maintenance. This time we were scheduled for our normal maintenance visit for 2 months. They were supposed to be here today between 8-4. We called at 8am to see where we were on the schedule. We were told someone would call us back. We got a call a little later and we're told we would have to be rescheduled out until the end of July! A full 2 1/2 months from now. When we said that was unacceptable they said they would have a higher up call. Someone named Britney did call back and said they are having trouble with technicians and that they couldn't do anything except put us on a cancelation list which we declined. We called Day heating and they were wonderful! We got an appointment for next week! We asked Air Stars for a refund of the prepaid "Gold Plan" and we were told no but our service contract would be canceled. This has been some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced!

  Quick, easy scheduling. Our electrician, Matt was great. He had our issue diagnosed and fixed super quickly.
