Roy at A-Z Install and Construction has been an exceptional person to work with. What stands out most is his flexibility, his respect for the homeowner, and his determination to get the job done correctly rather than simply get it done. He listens, explains his reasoning, adapts when a project changes, and treats both the house and the people living in it with genuine care. Roy has also told me that helping people is what he considers his life’s purpose, and after working with him, that doesn’t feel like empty talk. It shows in the way he approaches the work. He is generous with his knowledge and has gone out of his way to teach me—not just explaining what he is doing, but helping me understand how things work so I can become more self-sufficient and confidently tackle appropriate projects myself. That combination is unusual: a contractor who is willing to help you become a more capable homeowner rather than making his own knowledge seem mysterious or inaccessible. I’ve come to trust Roy not only because of the quality of his work, but because of the way he approaches problems and people. He wants things done correctly, wants the homeowner to understand what is being done, and cares whether the result makes your life better. I would recommend A-Z Install and Construction without hesitation.

Roy did a great job for us, not just plumbing but construction and repair as well. He rebuilt a balcony, repaired interior drywall, replaced light fixtures, and a whole list of small things. When we had a plumbing leak at 9pm he drove from Junction City to our house in Eugene to help. He showed up reliably and charged fair rates.

f you are looking for a reliable, professional handyman in the Junction City area, I highly recommend A-Z Install and Construction LLC. They helped us with a handful of home repair projects and installations around the house. Their attention to detail was top-notch, the pricing was fair, and they cleaned up completely when the job was done. It’s hard to find high-quality work and great communication all in one place, but they nailed it. Will absolutely be using them again!

Roy Rowlett at A to Z is hands down the best in the business. We hired him for a plumbing repair/replace project and were blown away by his attention to detail and quality of work. We had a few others give us a bid, but we were very impressed by Roy's honesty and complete fairness when telling us what he could do to solve our problem and how long it would take to accomplish the solution. Roy was punctual, communicative, stayed on budget and kept us updated every step of the way. These days, it's very rare to find someone who is honest and takes this much pride in their craft. If you want the job done right the first time, hire Roy. You won't be disappointed.
