  This company uses predatory practices to charge people for the estimates they say are free. I was going to withold a review until my situation was resolved, but after two weeks it still has not been resolved and every time I call I receive the answer that management will call me back. This has not happened yet. Instead I'm left with a charge because I didn't accept the $3500 bid to fix one shower handle and a ball valve. Crazy price for 1 hour of work.

  This is actually a zero star rating. I have called for months at least 20 times trying to get someone to call back to talk to me about my bill. I paid for a service that ended up getting canceled and never rescheduled because I didn’t need it anymore and now I’m out over $1000 and no one will call me back to talk about it. This has been ongoing trying to get a hold of someone since July and I just keep getting told “we will send a message to the manager, we will tell them you’ve tried numerous times.” They pulled me up in their account and tell me oh yeah, we have messages here. I’m sorry no one‘s calling you back. We will press the urgency. Any yet, No one calls back. Go with someone else NOT Pink Flamingo!

  I called to get a free estimate for a broken pipe. The home page of their website states they offer "Free Estimate" in mutiple locations. I scheduled it over the phone and confirmed the estimate would be free. When the plumber arrived he barely looked at the broken pipe and was discussing getting me an estimate for repiping the entire house. I declined, only needing to get the broken pipe resolved at the moment. He came back with 3 estimates, one to repipe the entire house, one to repipe the Kitchen and one to fix the broken pipe I called about. His estimate came in double the cost of a different company so I politely declined any service and went on my way. Later that day I received an emailed invoice stating I owed them $189 for the estimate. I emailed twice and called and left a message 3 times before I heard back a week after the initial request. They stated they do not offer free estimates, but since they had the recording of the phone call and heard the scheduler confirm with me it was free, they removed the charge. All of it seems shady. I found lots of unhappy customer reviews on Yelp when I searched, unfortunately after the fact. I don't typically write reviews but be cautious with this company, they were not honest and their pricing was very high.

  Incredibly grateful to the team over at Pink Flamingo. We had to have our house completely repiped due to CPVC being what came with the house. The 40 year warranty is a plus and it’s transferable to the next homeowner should we decide to move. Jared is an amazing front man for crisis. Calm, cool, collected, friendly, and knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed as disaster hit. He saved us $3k with active company deals. GREG is a great plumber. He anticipated problems, figured them out, and did what needed to be done. He even put in a couple of extras things, which was amazingly kind and helpful. Thank you for the 4 days of hard work!!!! The drywall team Hector, Rick, and Seth did a great job cutting the drywall to do as little damage as possible. Know what this company does that most don't? They vacuumed before they left. So unexpected but such a nice surprise! The carpets are super clean after all of that drywall cutting. I hope we never need them again, but if we do, we’ll call!
