We had a great experience with Pink Flamingo Plumbing. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issue. The technician was professional, explained what was needed before starting the work, and left everything clean afterward. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Pink Flamingo Plumbing for reliable plumbing service.

They were very responsive there and got there within two hours of my phone call. However, only less than a half hour into the call and charging me. Which was a discounted rate because I wasn’t willing to pay $500 for the call. They were unable to clear the clog then wanting to charge me $2500 to do an exploratory pipe fixing without any At that point, I decided to bring in the secondary opinion that night they came in within one hour completed the service. There was no broken pipe and unclogged my system. I contacted this company to get a refund and they did not respond and sent me a review form instead I have canceled the charge on my through my Credit Card company.

HOMEOWNER BEWARE!! We had a slow draining shower. It still drained and I was able to shower but couldn’t have the water pressure on high. I call Pink Flamingo to come and clear my drain. Hector came out. My scheduled time was 12-4 but he called at 10:15 and said he was 10-15 minutes away. He brought a 3’ household snake. Like the one you buy at Home Depot for $30. He told my wife he made “2 passes” and got some hair out of the drain. You can see how he left the shower below. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to clean it out and the drain is now completely clogged. There is no chance of taking a shower in there. As I mentioned, I was still able to shower prior to them coming. They gave me an estimate of $2100 to replace the drain. Never got under the house to inspect but “knows” the plumbing needs to be replaced. And for another $1200 he will re do the water lines for the shower. All while he never completed the job that I hired them for. To clear the shower drain. I could use the 3’ snake on my own. I would highly reconsider hiring this company. As for my experience, things are 3x worse than it was prior to them coming to “clear the drain”. It makes me question if the goal the whole time is to just try and get a bigger job out of the visit? If they had done the job that I originally hired them to do, I would consider getting any repairs needed. I have reached out to them with no response. Not what I was expecting. What happened to customer service? Update - Here is my response to the owner's response: I called and requested them to come out and clear my drain. I did not know anything about a $99 special. I was never offered any other service to clear the drain. The only thing I was offered was a $2100 or a $3300 repair. The 3' Milwaukie Trap Snake is nowhere close to $500. It costs $61.78 at Home Depot. I have since had a REPUTABLE plumbing company come out and confirm that the drain pipe DOES NOT need to be replaced, it was recently replaced. They said "that is a joke. I would stay far away from that company" The pipe just needs to be properly strapped up to get the proper slope. Now it has been confirmed that they were trying to sell me something that I did not need. I will be charging this back on my credit card as I did not receive the service that I requested. To have my drain cleared. BUYER BEWARE!

Update: I appreciate Pink Flamingo responding to my review. Please update your hours of operation. I changed my rating front 1 star to 3. /////////////////// I called for emergency service for my place of employment at approximately 1:00 p.m. and was given a service window of "now"–4:00 p.m. At 3:45 p.m., having heard nothing, I called for an ETA. I was told they would contact the technician and that the technician would text me with an estimated arrival time. That text never came. By approximately 5:30 p.m.—an hour and a half after the promised service window had ended, and still with no communication—I called and canceled the service. I understand that delays happen, but if you cannot meet a service window, do not give one. And if you tell a customer they will receive an update or a text, follow through. Thankfully, I did not cancel the appointment I already had scheduled for the following morning with a company that has consistently shown up when they say they will. In the end, I feel like this was probably a dodged bullet. Reliability and communication matter, especially when you are calling for emergency service. I will not be calling this company again, either personally or professionally.

Avoid using this company. They're the worst company i have ever had do any repairs to my house. I had them replace a stand up shower that the floor was uneven and leaking at the shower door. It took them 4 months to do it. They had to redo every part of the job 2 to 3 times do to not measuring correctly, not communicating with other companies involved with the job what needed to be done and even with their own employees. Not ordering the correct shower door and not finding out till after they started installing the door that it was wrong and with the door that fits I have holes in my brand new shower that I guess just stuff sealant in the holes is a proper repair. The new plumbing they did for it looked really bad and it had to be redone due to them not telling their employee where it needed to be for the new shower that was being installed. The 3rd party phone service they use doesn't relay messages to them I guess, thats what I was told by a manager when I kept calling for 3 weeks to find out why nothing was happening with my shower install. Then a manager finally calls and say that she has been on medical leave and the phone service did send the messages to whoever was taking her place. In the whole time thru this project I must of called the phone service # asking to talk to a manager like 50 times and 0 calls back. Even at the end of them installing the shower door I tried several times to talk to a manager because the door doesn't have a seal on the bottom of it and leaks badly. Talked with TJ about it and sent pictures and got no response from him or a manager. So when when the water starts rotting everything out I'll call another company to give me a estimate for the repairs and my lawyer can send Pink Flamingo bill that they can pay because I will never let them back in my house to do anything.
