  Tony was great to work with. He was very professional and helped me understand and navigate the home owners insurance process. (A tree fell on my deck). He went above and beyond in the repair plan and the work was excellent.

  When Tony came to my home for our quote, his knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. Tony priced out individual line items of the quote on the spot, offering nuanced comparisons for each, and stuck to his numbers - he wrote them down, and that was the quote. He laid out a clear timeline and expectations for how long the work would take when his team could start, and that’s what happened. Tony’s team worked quickly and efficiently, handling my deck demolition, rebuild, and pergola roof installation in a weekend. Due to a miscommunication, Tony’s team installed an upgraded material for my pergola roof. I raised the question of the additional charge when I received the bill, and Tony promptly replied - his mistake, enjoy the free upgrade. Every step of the way Tony demonstrated his expertise, communicated clearly, and made me feel valued as a customer.

  Tony and his team were exceptional. Tony's knowledge and discussion of our front deck rebuild during quoting was detailed and thoughtful. The original quote was right on par with the four I received and with the most clear scope and item breakout. When we revisited that quote a year later (!!) and upgraded the materials, Tony was happy to reengage. The onsite team were incredible, detail oriented, timely, clearly experienced with installation - really I can't say enough good things about the crew (Ivan!!). The end result was more then we could have hoped for and the team stayed true to their word, fulfilled all that we talked and were quoted for, and ultimately it was the BEST decision to go with CDE.
