We had a wonderful experience with Orient. Every person we interacted with was polite, friendly and honest. Our electrical installation was a bit more complex than expected but Alex talked us through every hiccup (nothing of his doing) and confirmed we were ok with his plans to pivot. The job was done quick and we were able to proceed with our range installation with no issues. If you are looking for an honest company with solid employees, Orient would be my recommendation 100%.

The electrician , Alex , who came out to install two interlock sets for my generator power , was talkative about what he was going to do and came up with an an excellent and simple alternative to a difficult request . Alex and his helper kept their work areas clean while working quickly and competently to complete the job . They never hesitated to answer any of my many questions . I would not hesitate to have them back again . As a retired construction foreman in high rise buildings , I appreciate knowledgeable and professional craftsmen . Alex , you are one of. Thank you .

Prompt and friendly, was able to get it fixed in one day. Technician seemed to really know what he was doing. Found another issue and fixed that as well.
