- NVNicholas Varanelli6 days ago5.0I'm a general contractor here in Grants Pass and I've worked with Eric on several projects, and also hired him to install the ductless mini splits at my own house. He has always been the most honest HVAC contractor in Southern Oregon, he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, he works fast, and is very affordable. He knows what he is talking about and will never try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend Valley Heating and Air, and refer him to everyone. For some reason it is a lot harder than it should be to find people with integrity to work on your house, and Eric is my absolute top choice.

He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and takes the time to explain what is going on. He not only got my air conditioning working again (without replacing it), but also gave me valuable advice on taking better care of the unit. He recommended keeping my thermostat set at 72 degrees so the HVAC system does not have to work as hard. He also advised me to leave all the vents open throughout the house rather than closing off individual rooms. Those practical tips were very helpful and showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers maintain their systems—not just completing a service call. I highly recommend Eric and Valley Heating and Air to anyone in the Grants Pass and surrounding areas who needs AC or heating service.
