Way overpriced! Paid almost $2,000 just have a new water heater installed. My neighbor did most of the work including taking out the old water heater so he could install a new floor in the water heater closet. Total lack of communication from the installers and the office. I will not be using Evans plumbing again and would not recommend them.

We found Brook to be personable, prompt and left everything neat and clean. We were surprised that you got to us on the same day we called.

Really, the nicest repair guy I’ve ever used! Gave me great advice, checked out a couple different issues for me, and gave me a lot of peace of mind which is priceless. Plus- a free tube of silicone caulk! Thank you so much! Five stars!
