  We recently had a full composition roof replacement completed, including new roof sheeting and gutters on our lakeside home in Lake Oswego. We could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Kade, Dillan, Kimberly, and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the project. They took the time to inspect the existing roof structure carefully and recommended replacing damaged sheeting to ensure the new roof would have a solid long lasting foundation. Throughout the project, communication was excellent, and we always knew what to expect regarding scheduling, materials, and progress. The installation crew was hardworking, respectful, and extremely detail oriented. They showed up on time each day, maintained a clean, and organized job site. They made sure everything was protected during the tear off and installation process. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and you can immediately see the quality in both the roofing work, and the gutter installation. The new composition roof not only looks beautiful, but also gives us peace of mind knowing our home is now better protected, and properly ventilated. The gutters were installed perfectly, dramatically improved both the appearance, and drainage around the house. What stood out most was the pride the company takes in doing things the right way instead of cutting corners. Their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail made this one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.   Although weather delayed our planned starting date, we subsequently did enjoy the full attention of almost two full crews over the course of a couple days. Each of the gentlemen there were considerate, always willing to answer questions, clarify concerns, and explain procedures. The clean-up each day was thorough, leaving things in order for the next day's work. The repairs needed were professionally handled and the little extras that define a careful job made for a solid experience. We were grateful to be treated from start to finish with consideration and respect. We are happy to recommend Legacy Roofing. Chris and Dylan in the office, Miguel the crew boss, Javier a former student/now journeyman roofer, and really each team member contributed. Good people, good work.
