  United Rentals is the only service we will be recommending from now on! Isaac Eads was instrumental in finding the right cooling solution that saved thousands of dollars in perishable inventory. He quickly identified and explained all possible options, gave expert advice on hook-up requirements, and personally delivered a 5 ton portable water-cooled air conditioner the same day we spoke on the phone. Isaac’s quick service saved the day. Without his guidance, not only would inventory have gone bad, but other coolers/refrigerators in the market may have failed. While renting the unit, Isaac was always happy to answer questions, and his rapid response time was unparalleled. Working with United Rentals - Climate Solutions (and Isaac, in particular) felt like working with a company that genuinely cares about the quality of their service and the customer experience. They understand that the solutions they are offering materially impact the businesses they rent to, and take special care to ensure folks are supported every step of the way. Reasonable prices and personalized service. United Rentals is the best AC rental company in Eugene, hands down.

  Isaac Eads was my (hands on) instructor this morning to receive my Counter Balance forklift certification. United Rentals Eugene Oregon. Isaac Eads is a friendly guy. He made me feel welcome and really helped me understand what I was doing. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend United Rentals and Issac for any equipment certifications. Thank you 🙂
