- APA PJun 26, 20261.0Not only did I have a lot of communication problems with this company, but I didn’t get the slab I put a down payment on. I’ll show you the pictures and you can decide. The first one is the slab I put the down payment on. As you can see there is some different colors which is what drew me to this slab. What I got was cream countertops. I used the whole slab and it all looks the same as the photos attached. That is not what I paid for. Edit: received a msg from the owner who doesn’t think this review is fair and wants me to change it. He said nothing about using the wrong slab. I was going to ignore the poor communication if the countertops looked good, but installing the wrong materials without offering to correct it warrants a bad review. I’m the CFO for a real estate developer in Eugene so I know reviews are important. I love to give 5 star reviews. Beck Painting and NW Tile & Flooring got them from me because they gave me what I paid for. This place botched it from start to finish.

Laurie doing the template placing for the counters was such a gift and made it even more special. I don't have photos yet as still so much construction happening but they are stunning!
