  They gave us a competitive bid on replacing our detached garage roof which we accepted. The work was done on time and their crew was respectful and efficient. Quality workmanship and clean up were very good. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

  This review is long overdue, but it is very appropriate that I sit in my house and am no longer afraid of hearing the rain because of Renaissance roofing. They replaced our roof in March 2025. They were professional, on time, kind and knew what they were doing. In the 8 months since their work, we have found four nails on the property and all them were deep in bushes up against the house. They cleaned up and ran the magnets every day and, honestly, were just fabulous to work with for the entire process. Highly, highly recommend the entire crew.

  We worked with Mike in the Medford area, we could not be happier. Mike was friendly and very responsive. The price was reasonable and his crew was professional and friendly. Dealing with the integrity of a room and the security it brings, it could be a stressful even; Mike and his crews really helped mitigate that stress. I had four bids, Mikes was on par with the price of others but the overall feeling we got just based on the culture he seems to embrace for his crews is what stood out and made our decision. There are a lot of roofers to choose from, do your research and make sure Renaissance Roofing is a part of your reaserch, they are worth it.

  Did a terrible quote. They didn’t know I was a disturber for roofing and construction products. Was going to me $9000.00 in labor and almost Double material costs. Oh wait they didn’t even get the square footage right. Definitely would not recommend
