- EFEldon FoxSep 10, 20265.0Excellent folks, really helpful and pleasant to work with. The lumber is the best I've found, not excellent but that's to be expected anymore, unfortunately. They're geared more towards the professional but they treat me (a diy guy) very well. Don't be a jerk, know your limits, and don't be afraid to ask questions. I'll keep using them.
- KMKaren McKenzieJun 28, 20185.0Great customer service!
- JJjon johnsonJun 6, 20171.0The guy that I worked with at the front desk is very dry and not polite at all. Clearly he does not care about his customers. Ended up buying some plywood and when I got home to measure it, found out I was sold the cheap 47.5" instead of the true 48". This caused me having to rip up my subfloor and start over. I have also spoken with several well respected contractor's in the area and they have all said to stay away from Hammer (to use Stringfield or Square deal). I took their advice. Better people and higher quality products.
