I have had this company pump my septic in the past and was pleased with the service and price. That was the reason we called them again. Well, that was NOT the experience this time. We were told our system needed some work and were quoted $1400 for the repairs. We are not in a place to just pay that out of pocket and told the person that gave us the quote, we would get back to them. Well they showed up when my husband and I were not home and did the repair. NO contract nothing in writing! An invoice was left with our dog sitter. On top of that they charged my debit card (and added an extra $50 card fee)and overdrew my account. This has been an awful experience!!

Today is the second time we have needed service for our rv in the last four years. Both times, the guys went above and beyond. They’re reasonably priced, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend A Affordable Royal Flush.

We recently had our septic tank back up into our house. I called the crew at A Affordable Royal Flush and had an appointment made first thing the following Monday. After getting our tank drained it was discovered that we needed a new baffle flange. So they came out a few days later and repaired that for us too. Both times they came they were so quiet, my dog didn't even bark! If it hadn't been for the tire tracks and the fact that our plumbing worked I wouldn't even have known they came. Not only did they replace the baffle flange, but they were polite enough to shovel the dirt back in around the tank. Which they didn't have to do, but clearly this company goes above and beyond for their clients. I have used many septic services over the years but this company has provided superior quality each time they were here. Highly recommend 👌.
