- DNDoug Nickas2 days ago5.0Speedie’s! Came highly recommended by the guys who were pumping for us when their truck broke down! Called Speedie’s for an emergency and they were unfortunately already booked solid. (Always good sign) Five minutes later they’re calling back to come through in a clutch situation and save the day! Nancy, Vanessa and Angie are all amazing to speak to over the phone and Blake our service professional in the truck did a great job! I appreciate the entire staff and absolute dedication and sense of urgency which is a rare quality these days. Thank you everyone for saving the day, multiple times this week. I’ve got you on “Speedie’s” dial in my phone!
- ADAna Dau2 days ago5.0This company actually fixed our problem! Cannot say enough nice things about them. Our basement has always smelled a bit odd. Sometimes worse and then I would call a septic company to pump. The smell has always been there, driving me crazy! I replaced carpet, painted, cleaned the bathroom over and over, all for nothing. It just smelled like urine down there. We’ve had other companies tell us that we need to pump every other year because of frequent use. Richard from Speedy Septic is the ONLY technician who noticed that our tank was not full of sludge but of water, which was constantly pushing up the level of the sludge and sending odors back into the home. The problem was solved and after 10 years of living in this home I can walk downstairs without smelling anything. I can’t praise them more highly! Thank you guys for blessing me with good work and a desire to notice and figure out the problem.
- DWDiane WindsorOct 29, 20265.0My apology for not posting sooner. Amazing job... I was in need of a underground cable to replace an existing overhead line from our home to the barn. This had to be accomplished without interfering with the drain lines from the septic system (the depth required for the ditch... 20"). Trevin proved to be the expert locator. His assist... Fernando, quite a team. We watched as Trevin and Fernando uncovered the tank, the distribution box, inspected the line from the house, answered questions, put the camera to work and more. Trevin used the locator to track the lines and probed the length of each line to its final end. I learned I had four lines not two as I thought... Two are conjunction lines... they appear to go under the barn and a large shed. Trevin left me with an amazing line drawing which indicates driveway, home, back deck, septic system and out buildings. Each drain line flagged and measured. I then felt at ease, that we could move forward with the electric cable install and retain the integrity of the drain field. The ditch met electrical requirements, cable is installed, first county inspection passed with final tomorrow, so we can than initiate the go switch. That said, the fact we’ve now had the same issues with loose wiring dating back to the April 2025 work is incredibly problematic. It’s bad for a customer to have septic issues caused by questionable work and bad for the business to continually have to send technicians back to fix the issues.
