- JHJeannie Hinkley4 days ago5.0Gunner was fantastic. He found the issue, took video of the issue for us as well. Gunner is professional and knowledgeable and he's very polite and likeable. He is a really great asset for Home Comfort Inc. As I mentioned, Gunner found the problem, turned the leak off so it wouldn't continue to do any more damage. We will have to get a Plummer for the repair and then other sources for major repairs. So this wasn't (A Maintenance nor System Repair. But there isn't a place ("for finding the problem" ) so will put system repair. Thank you Gunner!

She was able to diagnose and address our heating and cooling issues within minutes of pulling our large older outdoor AC unit apart. Her professional knowledge was top notch! Best we have ever had! I would recommend Yaz for any heating and cooling situation in a residential home. If you are lucky enough to get her on an appointment at your house expect a perfect well executed job well done! 5 Star Service!

He was able to answer all my questions. He troubleshot the issue and replaced the failing part in record time. He was also on time for our appointment. He is the best HVAC guy that I have ever had.
