He did our annual maintenance and helped us figure out a couple things on our wall display. He is quite knowledgeable and is a good problem solver. I would be happy to have him return for future work.

He seemed to just be in a bad mood. He did say that he called your office and said he would not be back to our house because he was not comfortable climbing into our attic. This is a scheduling problem, not my problem

They also offered a maintenance schedule which we will follow up on.
