  This establishment showed a clear lack of respect for basic freedom of movement and for members of the public. Staff acted as though they had authority over an area that appears to be part of a guardrail slope and possible public right-of-way, treating it as private property without clearly establishing any legal basis for doing so. Rather than clarifying whether the area was private or public, staff simply assumed enforcement authority and attempted to control my movement as if compliance was mandatory. Citizens should not be blamed for infrastructure limitations, nor should a business presume the right to police shared or ambiguous spaces. The situation was made worse by the condescending tone used when approaching me. Instead of speaking respectfully, I was met with comments like “why couldn’t you have just gone around.” Had someone approached me calmly and respectfully, I would have had no issue having a civil conversation. The issue was never communication and the it was the attitude and assumption of authority. Most concerning were the assumptions made about me based solely on my appearance and behavior. I am autistic, and the interaction suggested I was being treated as if I were on drugs rather than as a disabled person navigating a public space. Making judgments about intoxication based on neurodivergent behavior is inappropriate and discriminatory. I was also implicitly treated as if I were homeless, again based purely on how I was dressed. These assumptions were not only wrong, but revealing. I am a business owner, and none of these judgments had any basis in reality. Appearance, disability, or perceived social status are not valid reasons to profile or speak down to someone. Even if this business has some responsibility for nearby property maintenance, that does not grant the right to restrict movement, make unfounded assumptions, or treat people with disrespect. Professionalism, disability awareness, and an understanding of public access were clearly lacking.

  Absolutely 💯 Great Service! I will refer them to everyone. Bought a new car and rock hit it, they fixed it and cannot even tell their was a crack. I have found a forever glass home.
