Hudson was very attentive and thorough. He checked vents way up high and looked at everything in depth. I appreciated his professionalism and his concern for our comfort. Thank you for sending Hudson to us today!

In the 5 years we’ve been using them, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Robben & Sons Heating. Today Frank came out to do our scheduled maintenance. He was right on time and super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and taught me some things about my thermostat that I didn’t know. Thanks Frank!!

I really appreciated having the first Furnace/AC service appointment of the day, and the technician, Victor, arrived promptly as scheduled. He was congenial, courteous and professional, working quickly while also explaining every step of the process. Victor's work was exceptional, and I hope to schedule next year's annual service appointment with him. Thank you again so much, Victor!

I have continued to use Robben and Sons for my furnace and AC installation and maintenance for years because they have always been reliable. This time Victor told me which part was wearing down in AC to the point of needing replacement very soon (it’s ll years old), showed me why and didn’t pressure me to replace immediately, but I went ahead and had him replace it to ensure it would work next summer and wouldn’t have to pay another service fee (plus he had the part available in his truck). All the Robben’s techs have been courteous and have taken the time to answer all my questions.
