  I have been using Robben and Sons Heating INC for several years. The technicians have always been thorough and never has any technician tried to sell me anything I did not need. My last visit to tune up my air conditioner was thorough and the technician was professional.

  Frank, our technician, did a first rate job in performing the system maintenance of our HVAC unit. He was thoughtful, kind and thorough. We have been a Robben and Sons client for 5years and could not be happier with the services they have provided to us.

  The work included maintenance on both the furnace and the AC unit. The technician, Frank, described what he was going to do. He gave me a couple of good maintenance tips. When he found an AC problem (low freon), he described the problem and the fix clearly, including the additional cost. He was pleasant and informative. I am very satisfied with the service.

  Robben and Sons had installed and maintained the hydronic heat system in the 1949 house we bought in 2023. The ice storm in January 2024 burst pipes in the system, and the resulting water damage affected 2/3 of the house, including other parts of the heating system. R&S started working on the repairs, but before they were done they inexplicably quit responding to phone calls. There had been no disputes or problems of any kind. As a result, we had to find another contractor (boiler people are rare!) to finish work on the system. This was much more difficult and costly because in the meantime the walls had been restored, severley limiting access to the system. R&S really left us in a lurch.
