  Communication with all staff was truly exceptional. Technitian Josh explained things clearly as he worked on two water heaters, two furnaces and our air conditioning system. One of the water heaters needs to be replaced. The coordination between Josh, Collin and Kurt was quick, with installation scheduled on July 8th. We now have an annual service agreement which will be beneficial. Thank you, All!

  Clarence came out during the most recent heat episode to determine why my mini-splits had stopped working. After running some tests and inspecting things further, he discovered some electrical connections had come loose in the outside unit. Upon fixing the problem, my mini-splits are running again. Thank you.
