  We had an excellent experience with Integrity Roofing. They made the entire process better than I could have imagined. From the assessment for the quote (in which they were very thorough, even going up in our attic to look for water damage, and leaving us a binder with all we needed to know and roof samples) through the entire replacement process, the communication was detailed with quick response times. They were very professional, no pressure/or sales tactics and yet personable too. We felt extremely well taken care of and informed of the process as we went. Though there were some upgrades available, we felt that the basic package was amazing with all they did and the replacements they completed. (For a small example they replaced our old plastic flashing with better silicone material and corrected our ventilation system) They had the best pricing of any company that we received quotes from. They worked efficiently and the crew was polite and considerate and they cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day and when they were through. Jonathan was the foreman and he was incredible. We felt we could trust him. We would highly recommend Integrity Roofing to everyone and will be choosing them again in the future. (And yes our roof looks great!)

  Integrity Roofing was quick to respond to my roof concerns, sending someone to inspect for damage to my attic vents. Finding a couple of them were damaged, they provided me with photos, honored the warranty on the vents, and replaced them all in the same day. Because of their prompt and efficient service, I highly recommend them.

  Had our entire roof replaced last december due to a bat infestation issue and this company was great to work with. They hauled away all of our cement tiles (bats love these) and replaced them with a composite tile while ensuring no further access to our attic was available. So far this winter/spring we’ve had a dry attic and zero bat sightings 🤞

His communication was exceptional every step of the way — he was responsive, honest, and extremely thorough in explaining the process and answering all of our questions. It’s rare to work with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also truly cares about making sure the customer feels informed and comfortable throughout a big project like this. The roofing crew was equally impressive. They worked efficiently, clearly took pride in their craft, and kept our property remarkably clean throughout the project. Every day they made sure the work area was tidy and respectful of our home and yard, which we really appreciated. You can tell there are many important details happening behind the scenes that homeowners may never even see — and it gave us a lot of confidence knowing the job was being done right. A new roof is a BIG investment, and choosing this company turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The workmanship, professionalism, price competitiveness, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
