  Manager Chris provides excellent Customer Care and Service! It has been a pleasure working with him and his entire staff. They are all patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Grateful to have found them.

  To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided regarding my recent cabinet measurement appointment. I paid $99 to Clackamas Cabinets to Go Oregon for a professional measurement service. However, when the Rose City guys arrived, they informed me that they were not responsible for measuring the countertop quartz. Furthermore, I have sent two follow-up emails to Jade regarding this issue and my request for the measurement designs, yet I have received no response from your team, nor have I received the promised measurements. Given the lack of communication and the failure to provide the service as expected, I am requesting a full refund of the $99. Please process this refund as soon as possible. Sincerely, Erica Kuo

  Products are decent and I have used Cabinets to Go in the past and had a good experiences. Albeit, I never saw the customer service side of things since nothing every went south. Cant say the same about my last order. On July 6th, I reached out for an estimate, worked with the staff to place my order, provided my card which was charged the same day, was given an estimated shipment date of July 17th. Assumed I was good to go. Wasn't given any further instruction. July 16th rolls around and the office staff text messages me saying they are waiting for a signature from me to process the order and get picking and shipping started and claimed they sent a docusign and wouldnt be able to process the order without it. I would be fine with signing the document if it 1) was sent to me in the first place or 2) a member of the team would have reached out to make sure I received the doc and ensure it is completed in a timely manner. Upon calling them back, the manager insisted it was my fault that the order isn't on time and that if i would have signed the document the order would be on time. Regardless of payemnt being taken and provided delivery date. What employee works on a customer order, charges their card and makes them believe that an order is being processed all while knowing that it needs a critical piece to be processed and waits 10 days to check in on an order that is due the next day? Terrible customer service. Manager showed an unwillingness to make it right. Unwilling to expedite the order and pretty much told me I have to wait 13 more days and am out of luck. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend not using cabinets to go if you appreciate good customer service and a company is passionate about serving customers.

  I have been working with Cabinets To Go while I have been remodeling my kitchen. They have been easy to work with and overall the quality of their product is good. the main reason i'm leaving this review is because of the person who has been assisting us. Ashley Levar is our Sales Manager and she has been working with me online. I can't say enough good things about her. She has worked with me with everything I've needed. when i got my kitchen cabinet order one of the cabinets that was shipped was the wrong color. Ashley facilitated getting that fixed and it was corrected ASAP. I've had numerous questions for her and she has been so responsive even after the sale of the cabinets were complete and she really didn't have to, since her job was actually done. I will go back to this company again and it will be specifically to work with Ashley Levar!!!! photos to come when the kitchen is finished.

  READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!! We went to look at cabinets here due to half off sale they were having. Steve put together our cabinet order. Steve told us that we could purchase one cabinet and still receive deal when purchasing more cabinets for a friend. When coming back a week later to purchase cabinets with friend Steve was rushing us because someone else requested to see him when someone else was free to see them. Steve apologized after stating that he was grouchy because he hadn’t eaten anything and then called the next day to apologize for being rude. Our remodel project was paused due to unforeseen circumstances. When putting cabinets together we realized that they had delivered the wrong size cabinets. When calling cabinets to go we spoke with the manager Chris and he basically told us that we were outside of the date for return and that Steve has retired. After going back and forth with him, he told us that we would have to bring it back and pay for the correct cabinet before they can order the correct one. Despite all this, we purchased another cabinet on the side with glass doors. It took about a month to receive a call from cabinets to go that our cabinets were ready for pick up. When arriving to pick up it took almost 30 mins looking in the back for them to tell us that someone else had taken our order. The woman that works there said the mans first and last name and said that “he was delivered a palate with your cabinet, he called us and was supposed to deliver it yesterday. We can call him to see if he can drop it off as soon as he can”. They called us about 30 mins later and said the manager Chris is going to deliver it to your house tonight. Told them it was fine but to make sure that everything was accounted for. We weren’t home when the cabinet was delivered but Chris stated that the box was opened because he checked it. When taking cabinet in, the box was opened like Chris stated. The box was wet and cabinet had some wet spots. When putting the cabinet together we noticed hardware was missing. When opening the glass doors we found that the paint/wood on it was cracked. Texted Chris to inform him of the wet box/ damage, missing hardware and crack on the wood for the glass doors. His response was I could have left it overnight to dry but you needed it sooner because you had people already scheduled to install the next day and the hardware must have fell out of his truck. So we ended up missing our install window due to not having the hardware and cabinets built in time. He told us that he would give us a partial refund and we could talk about it on Monday. I ended up calling him today after work after not receiving a call. And informed me I can call customer care to get the glass doors fixed and he would give me 40 dollars back for the inconvenience of the open, wet and incomplete cabinet or I can wait another 2 weeks. I told him that wasn't good enough I will wait to see what he says tomorrow. The cabinets seem to be decent. But not worth the nightmare of dealing with the staff. Overall a horrible experience. I will never deal with this company again after I get this mess figured out.
