- KBKacey Broetje4 days ago1.0Absolute garbage tier operation. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. I submitted a simple material list a week ago. A straightforward, 30-minute task has now dragged on for over seven days because the staff is chronically incompetent and seemingly incapable of doing their jobs. Every single day has been a nonstop barrage of pathetic excuses, moving goalposts, and blatant lies. When you confront them, they literally blame their own foot traffic ("oh, people are walking into the building") as an excuse for why they can't fulfill an order. It is a masterclass in terrible customer service and operational failure. Brianne and the rest of the crew are completely unprofessional, dishonest, and fundamentally clueless about how to run a functional business. As a fellow small business owner who actually understands what it takes to maintain a reputation and treat clients with respect, I am utterly appalled by their behavior. They shouldn't call themselves a first source for anything. Do not source your materials here. Take your business to an actual professional establishment that respects its clientele.
