Every step of the way he explained what was going on and then showing the results of his work. I had an issue with part of my drain system. He brought out a camera and was able to show me what was going on, we chose not to do anything, my choice, there's no pressure for upsale or anything unlike the last septic tank service I used. I would strongly recommend scout septic to anyone who has a need for this type of service.
