Austen arrived within a couple of hours, he was professional and personable and had everything fixed up quickly. I would for sure call on them again!

One of the three failed and the tech stated parts would be ordered and additional appointment would be scheduled as soon as parts were available. Followed up with an email. Job well done so far.

The technician was 10/10. And the best part, the fact I can call them 24/7 if I ever need help with their product or install. Shop local!!! I highly recommend Severson Plumbing. The photo below is our old water heater installed 1991!! They upgraded everything from tubes, to wires to all of it!!!
