  I called Roth first thing this morning (a Sunday) as I had been alerted that I had a leak in my home’s plumbing. I called at 8.48 am and Nick Sherillo showed up before 9.30 am, investigated the problem, figured out where the leak was and had fixed it by early afternoon. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to explain what he was doing. Five stars!

  was having issues with my smoke alarms …Dakota did an excellent job of checking and cleaning the alarms as well as explaining how they work …Thank you, Dakota!

  Sophie came in to review my existing heating and cooling System and to generate an estimate of cost to replace it. She was very business like, thorough and willing to share her knowledge which is very extensive. She was perfectly willing to take the time to explain everything. Thank you, Sophie.

  I had Michael DeSoto come out and advise me on a home humidifier. He was far more knowledgeable then any technician that I have come for hvac issue. Definitely going to have him work on systems.

  I really appreciated Nick’s quick assessment and solution to a problem I could not solve on my own. I had a guest arriving the same day at my Airbnb and Nick skillfully fixed issue of removing an outdated soldered plumbing part and installed a new tub spout in time before the guest arrived. Nick’s professionalism was outstanding and he carefully and patiently responded to my questions and encouraged communication. Timely service and responsive communication! I am so grateful that we were able to get the issue resolved!
