I had an outstanding experience and can’t say enough good things about the technician who came to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind from start to finish.
He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner and found that the entire system had frozen over. He took the time to explain what had happened in a way that was easy to understand and immediately got to work helping resolve the problem.
What I appreciated most was his kindness and professionalism. He noticed that my air filter hadn’t been changed, but instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, he simply explained why it was important and treated me with genuine respect. That level of customer service is becoming rare, and it made a stressful situation so much easier.
I was also incredibly impressed with how quickly they responded and took care of everything. Knowing my air conditioning was down, they made it a priority to get me back up and running as soon as possible, and I truly appreciated the urgency.

Yes, I contacted your company to have an outside faucet replacement. I told them it was stripped and could not be fixed. I wanted them to bring a high flow faucet, not a water saver due to this water is for my garden boxes in back. They told me it would be a $115.00 to come over and look, but if we did the work they would remove that charge. The tech came over and said yep needs replaced. (DUH) I said it already has the Pex line because the other faucet was replaced about 4 years ago. How much? Too my surprise he said $850.00 I asked him do you guys charge 1600.00 an hour, because it's going to take less than 1/2 hour. He said we don't work bye the hour, Flat Rate. He didn't know I was in the auto service industry for years and very familiar with flat rate. He then replied to me, (if I don't have to add Pex would be cheaper, great how much. WOW only $ 775.00 long story short, I went and bought the part $27.00 and did it myself. Took me first time doing it, 30 minutes. And you wanted best price 775.00 I feel like we were robbed of our $ we had to pay and your prices are Criminal. Hard to believe a corporate company showing commercials about your honesty and there for the people. Sorry not my experience and if not refunded our $ then I will make sure everyone i know understand what you're about and by the way, I have a Handyman service now because of people just like you. I'm trying to do right with people, not steeling from them.
