- CCC-RAD3 days ago1.0My wife and I went in to look and get some #'s for a French Door to replace our existing slider. We were helped by a lady named Shelli. She was very helpful and got us some quick estimates for 3 different door sizes. After a couple of days I emailed her with regarding a couple of other door options. I texted her to make sure she received my email ( that I ccd my contractor on as well) and she replied yes I did. That was back on June 24th. A few days later ( june 28th)I emailed her again with exatly what dimension we actually need to make the door fit exactly. And NO response. I called her on July 1st, left a message for her to call me back and its been crickets ever since her reply back on June 24th. Guess our business isn't worth her time. I've been in this town since 97' and have never been ignored by any company representative such as Shelli. I've heard great things from my contractor friends about PARR, but I wont ever refer people or take my business to them ever.
