- CCC-RADJul 6, 20261.0My wife and I went in to look and get some #'s for a French Door to replace our existing slider. We were helped by a lady named Shelli. She was very helpful and got us some quick estimates for 3 different door sizes. After a couple of days I emailed her with regarding a couple of other door options. I texted her to make sure she received my email ( that I ccd my contractor on as well) and she replied yes I did. That was back on June 24th. A few days later ( june 28th)I emailed her again with exatly what dimension we actually need to make the door fit exactly. And NO response. I called her on July 1st, left a message for her to call me back and its been crickets ever since her reply back on June 24th. Guess our business isn't worth her time. I've been in this town since 97' and have never been ignored by any company representative such as Shelli. I've heard great things from my contractor friends about PARR, but I wont ever refer people or take my business to them ever.
- JJJakeMar 25, 20262.0Second time I’ve notice a giant PARR vehicle going too fast through Wilson. It’s a neighborhood not a highway. Please slow down and be courteous. It’s your community too not just a “industrial” section.
- JWJack WalkerMay 18, 20255.0Great place to go for all your building materials and more!
- TMTerry & Dana MillerJan 22, 20205.0John Serres did a great job for us on our new build window package. We compared pricing against several other suppliers including Pella. The pricing and quality was better on the Marvin (wood/fiberglass Enhance line) windows than anything we found anywhere else. Go see John if you need new windows!
