  Cascade Heating responded promptly to my call, and their service technician arrived in a few hours to fix our Heat Pump on a 90° July 4th! Larissa was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. She quickly isolated & fixed the problem. She performed some maintenance work, verfied the system was back to performing properly, asked if I had any questions and was on her way. WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!!

  Joel was exactly on time and quickly got down to business. Very thorough in his initial assessment and very forthcoming on the scope and cost of that work. Got down to business and discovered leaks and debris in my system due to my DIY install. Saved me from certain catastrophe had I not called a professional to commission my install. Ice cold air exactly when I needed it. Very professional! Highly recommend!

  The guys did great. Diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. Turns out the AC capacitor was bad. Cascade Heating and Specialties is my go to source for all things HVAC. Great service.

  Cascade is it. We're SO happy with our hvac system and the entire team was just a joy to work with. Not to mention Cascade is one of the last true local contractors that haven't fallen to private equity. Support the true locals! Thanks again Gerald & team.
