  My AC unit decided it was time to take a break during our recent heat wave. Dustin Mayfield with Bend Heating was out the same day to diagnose and identify the issue in short order. He was professional and clearly a master of his craft. Not only did he get me back up and running but clearly presented me with options rather than just trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will be calling on Bend Heating and Dustin again should I need anything in the future!!

  Jesse was super knowledgable and diagnosed my leak within 20 minutes of arriving. He explained where the leak was and exactly what options there were to resolve the issue. I appreciate that Jesse was very straight forward and didn't waste any time getting right to work! His professionalism is second to none.

  My experience this time with Ben Heating was awesome. I have had several problems with the system in the past. He took great care to find the problem this time and owned up to the fact that it should’ve been done right the first time and charged to me nothing. Wow! What integrity? I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great job!!

  We have received excellent service and response for several needs we have had since buying our home a couple of months ago. This has included adding additional air filtering, and service call for problems with the fan. The staff at the office make it easy and get appointments and understand why we are calling and what our situation and needs are. And the service staff that come out are extremely knowledgeable, professional and explain what they are finding, recommending if necessary and options.

  Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Bend Heating & Sheet Metal. In a world where it’s easy to be skeptical, they completely restored my faith in honest, customer-first service. My furnace is 20 years old but has been exceptionally well maintained. After discussing my options, I was scheduled for a replacement and had already paid a 50% deposit. On installation day, their technician took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system one last time and discovered the problem was actually a simple repair. They could have easily gone ahead with the installation, taken my money, and I never would have questioned it. In fact, I was almost encouraging them to replace it anyway because of its age. Instead, they were completely honest and told me they could not recommend replacing a furnace that was still in good shape and could be fixed with a straightforward repair. That level of integrity is incredibly rare. They put doing the right thing ahead of making a bigger sale, and that speaks volumes about the kind of company they are. Because of their honesty, professionalism, and expertise, I will be a customer for life. I will recommend Bend Heating & Sheet Metal to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can truly trust.
