  Excellent experience working with Wade in reviewing my options for the replacement of an aged air conditioner. The proposal provided was explained to me in detail and the bid price was well within the range of my expectations. Installation was scheduled in a very timely manner, especially considering the season and pending holiday. The install team (Jamie and Ellis) arrived punctually at the scheduled time, kept me informed of their progress, completed the project within the estimated time and left a clean and tidy work area. From beginning to conclusion, an A+ experience.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A+++ Service from Anthony and Bend Heating & Sheet Metal We highly recommend Anthony and the team at Bend Heating & Sheet Metal. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive when we needed help the most. For over four years, we had been loyal customers of Diversified, having them perform preventative HVAC maintenance twice a year. In fact, they had recently inspected our system and assured us everything was in excellent working order. On June 12, 2026, during one of the hottest days of the year, we arrived home to find our house at 80 degrees with the AC running but not cooling. We immediately contacted Diversified and left a detailed voicemail. What followed was a frustrating series of text messages asking for information we had already provided, with no actual phone call despite our repeated requests to speak with someone directly. After multiple attempts to reach them, we still had no technician assigned and no meaningful assistance. We then contacted Bend Heating & Sheet Metal. A live person answered, and within two minutes Anthony called us back. Not only was he willing to come out that evening, but he was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly identified the issue—a disconnected wire to the outdoor AC unit—and had us back up and running in no time. What impressed us most was Anthony's honesty, expertise, and willingness to provide recommendations that had never been mentioned during our years with our previous HVAC provider. The after-hours service pricing was also very reasonable. The following Monday, we learned from Diversified that they had experienced AI-related technology issues over the weekend. Unfortunately, no apology was offered, nor did we receive the return call from management that we had requested. As a result of this experience, we have moved all of our HVAC business to Bend Heating & Sheet Metal. If you are looking for responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service, ask for Anthony. He earned our trust and our future business.
