We are a small property management company. We contacted Ace Handyman because our regular contractor retired. We had them replace a 48"×48" casement window in one of our rental peoperties. They sent a young man named Bryce to do the work. The finished product was flawless, the work area was cleaned up and debris was hauled off. They even offered to paint the trim (but we'll take care of that). The final cost was better than the price that was quoted. We ordered the window from Home Depot as a will call for the contractor to pick up. The window & labor was just under $900.00. The admin team was professional, communicated really well & followed up every step of the project. They are now our goto provider for future needs. Thank you so much for your workmanship.

I am so happy to learn this exists. It’s more expensive than having your own handyman, but having someone who is background checked, etc is great piece of mind. Cotton, the handyman who helped me, was prompt, polite, efficient with his time, and skilled. I’d highly recommend this service and Cotton.

We gave them a try and had the most unprofessional experience ever dealt with in over 30 years of working in Central Oregon. Their repair broke the next day and they charged us to return. They demanded payment the same day or were going to take legal action. Their tone in their messages were threatening and rude. NEVER AGAIN

Terry and Cotton with Ace Handyman Services absolutely killed it! From start to finish these guys were professional, efficient, and genuinely great to work with. They knew exactly what they were doing, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. No cutting corners, no wasted effort, just solid, skilled craftsmanship. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how they treated my home like it was their own. They answered all my questions, walked me through everything, and left the space cleaner than they found it. Honestly the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you need handyman work done right the first time, ask for Terry and Cotton. These guys are the real deal and I’ll absolutely be calling Ace again for my next project. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
