  Initially, I had my guns locked. Johnathan is in his element... Plumbing and sales. He listens well. A very clear and concise explanation of options offered by Apollo. There's a risk mitigation component for condo owners and he presented very well. I see why Apollo sent this young man... Thanks you!! You've given us a lot think about. Excellent information from your quote!!

  Michael T came to replace the service lines between our toilets’ shutoff valves and the fill valves. I had been replacing a fill valve when I realized it was longer than the previous, and the service line was rigid/straight pipe. I figured since I was replacing that with flexible line, I may as well do all of the toilets. He did the job very quickly and even finished the fill valve’s install for me. Then he helped me troubleshoot a leak (I thought the fill valve was the culprit, but it wasn’t). Michael really went the extra mile, and I truly appreciate his work and candor. Everyone from Apollo has been excellent, but he’s been the best so far!

  Our neighbor recommended Apollo, who sent Danny out to work on the system. And although he wasn’t able to solve our intermittent problem, he did thoroughly investigate it, and found some other potential issues… some of which we knew and some that we didn’t. Now we have a plan and solutions in place. Prompt, and very helpful and informative throughout the entire visit. So good that we’re gonna have them back every six months.

  Mike came out for a plumbing repair on an external faucet leak, he was courteous and professional even though our dog nipped him on the arm. He took the time to explain potential causes of the leak and the process of replacement. He performed the faucet replacement in a timely manner and explained the warranty in an understandable way. Zander also came by while Mike was handling our plumbing needs to discuss mini-split install options. Zander covered all the options for our needs and also options for future expansion needs. The great thing about our experience with Zander is that he did not try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. He laid out the available options for the mini-split and gave us the freedom to make a decision based on our needs and budget with zero pressure. 10/10 would highly recommend Apollo for their services, will be bringing them back for our future heating cooling and plumbing needs.

  Michael from Apollo Heating & Cooling stopped by for a quick water sample test as well as to give me some information regarding a home filter set-up. He was very professional, courteous and respectful of not only my home, but of my time as well! He gave me some quotes, but was very low pressure about getting a commitment to spend $6000 on the spot. He recognized that I would need to speak with my spouse about such a large purchase. I did purchase/enroll in Apollo’s Cosmic Care Club though. It offers great value and benefits compared to the current maintenance program I’m enrolled in with my current HVAC company. If you have a chance to work with Michael and Apollo Heating and Cooling, you won’t be disappointed!
