  Everyone at Apollo was great. Isaac and another gentleman came and assessed the situation with my ac unit. I think Shawn(?) sorry i have his card somewhere…super helpful in picking out a new unit. Very patient while I weighed my options. Installation crew of Juan and Aldo did a fantastic job, were excellent at communicating the progress and tested the new system thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

  Extremely easy and professional to work with. I need to have one rain drain completely replaced in the front yard. They did everything they could to clean it out but the two huge trees ate through the pipe. I feel very comfortable using Apollo to complete this project. I had been told the other drain in the yard was bad but Apollo checked and cleaned it up and said it was in good condition. Honest, very able at what they are doing, and by the next day scheduled appointment for the dig crew to check it out for pricing and service. Couldn't ask for more.

  Gabe came out to help us with a drain issue and he did a stellar job! He came out for the initial look one afternoon, and we signed on for a little bigger job than expected so he had to come out again the next morning to do the work. He showed up exactly on time, both times. He was very friendly and respectful the entire time. He explained things clearly, gave us plenty of options, and did not pressure us into anything. He was also clear and honest about what he could and not diagnose. We also have a lot of pets and Gabe was very understanding and friendly to everyone! There was absolutely NO mess left when he was done. He even left things cleaner than they were when he started! We were incredibly happy with the service and will request him personally if we need his services again.

  Mo was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He walked my mom and I through the issue with her furnace, issues with her ducting and options to replace the unit with. He took great pictures and detailed his conversations about the picture so we understood what damage is going on. Mo loved my mom’s cats, and told us stories about his fur kids. His personable conversation made him easy to talk to. I can’t say enough how amazing Apollo and their team are. They are kind, compassionate and caring when helping their customers.

  I have been a service contract member with Apollo for a while. Danny came out to do my spring inspection and everything looked good. 5 days later my AC abruptly stopped working. It wasn't anything they did, just bad timing. We spent the next 5 weeks attempting to get this thing fixed because the vendor for the part was having issues and they quoted three to four week lead time which was already bad enough with summer starting. The vendor didn't deliver in that time frame. Danny and I were in touch multiple times a week and he was constantly checking in asking for tracking and updates from the vendor. He was just as frustrated as me and made offers to work outside of his normal days if the part would arrive. Once the part was actually found after it was late he was able to work it out that it was expedited. It ended up arriving that same day after hours and he was at my house first thing the next morning to do the installation. During the installation another part ended up being needed that had a 30 to 60 day lead time and he was able to find an alternative locally to still fix it the same day. He also found a shorted wire that is probably what caused the two parts to fail and fixed that. With all of the weeks of waiting and stress, I wasn't charged for the additional items that they found and it was all taken care of. I cannot express enough how communicative and helpful Danny has been through this process and what a great job Apollo did. None of the issues or delays were on Apollo and they bent over backwards to get this thing fixed as soon as it was possible.
