  Jonathan Garfield was my service rep who installed my exhaust fan and lights in my tiled shower. It sounds like an easy job, but this was a little more difficult. He saw what I had, and I turned him loose. He completed it in two hours. There were seven wires going to the four wire power line. Totally out of my league. He didn’t give it a thought and took over and completed it. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and to the point. He’s a very sharp individual!

  I had a nice visit from Ryan van Cleave. He and Austin showed up and helped diagnose a troubled attic fan. To my utter surprise Ryan was able to get the fan working after a few minutes. Naturally when that wrapped up, I had a question about installing an RV plug. Ryan walked me through the process and then gave me a few options and provided me with quotes for the work. Overall I was impressed with the support I received from Ryan.

  Called Roth about fixing wiring problems and install 5 ceiling lights. They sent Ted out and he was great, diagnosed the problem and communicated with us the solution and how it would be done. A couple of hours later lights were installed and the problem we had with the wiring was now fixed. Ted cleaned up everything to better than when he started the job. Will definitely reach out to Roth for any small needs at home in the future.

  Joe Hartenstein was polite, professional, efficient. And... He was So Tidy & respectful of my home (he even took his shoes off coming in!). He explained the work he would be doing and told me about how long it should take- then he went to work. Afterwards he took me through all he had done and advised I replace one part. No oversell! Just showed me the readings and explained what it meant to the overall workings of my system (esp the AC this summer). I agreed that it was smart to replace now, so he very quickly made the replacement. He was Very efficient! Joe also offered clear communication & pricing quotes every step of the way, so the bill at the end was just what I expected. No surprises! This was my 1st time using Roth's for HVAC needs and I was incredibly pleased with the service! After some issues with a couple other big name HVAC providers in the area, Joe restored my faith in technicians! I will be recommending Roth's (& specifically Joe) to all my neighbors & local friends!

  I hired Roth to tune up & repair my daughter's 10 year old HVAC system. Instead, I was talked into a whole new HVAC. I was also promised many improvements over the old system. But, after $23,000. what we have is a HVAC that does not work as well as the old one and is much noisier. It also does not solve any of the problems promised when we agreed to the new system. I have used Roth before and never expected this to happen. They also cut open the ceiling in the family room and never repaired it properly. I realize that many firms will promise anything to get you to sign a contract. But, I honestly never expected a company like Roth to do this. That is why I call them first. And they even took all our money before they actually finished the job. So the customer cannot do anything about it. And, that was actually what I was told today, when I talked with them. So, at least get a second opinion before you let them spend all your money on something that does not work properly.
