Zach was absolutely wonderful. He showed up on time, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that made sense so I didn’t need to ask a million questions. He wasn’t bothered by my overly curious 3 year old who couldn’t stop asking him what he was doing every 5 seconds either so he has loads of patience. And he greeted my pit bulls with pets and scratches when they acted like he was brand new every time he would walk back inside. His customer service skills are top notch. Highly recommend Zach.

Both Hunter and Connor have both done a great job. Connor serviced our furnace and air conditioning system and recommended the garage door maintenance service be added on at only an additional $10.00 per month. Hunter arrived early this AM and spent the time going over our garage door system and then walking me through what needed to be done. Excellent job. I highly recommend both Connor and Hunter because they both know their job!

This was a walk through to provide a quote for new 200 amp service and a complete re wire and panel. Gunther and David did a thorough walk thru, discussed options, very professional and both communicated great. Also, they arrived a few minutes before appointment, I really appreciate that, shows great customer service and thoughtfullness.

The tech was great. Did his job was respectful and up front with everything. However how the company operates is less then ideal. When I called I told them I wanted my mini split cleaned, told them exactly what needed cleaned. I was quoted $200 from an AI bot then when I hung up I was called back and told they have a $99 servicing special however that did not include a full clean. I asked for the price of the full clean they would not give it to me said it had to be quoted in person. The quote was $600 for a simple blower wheel cleaning that should only cost $150-300 at the most. I wasted $99 to have somebody come out and tell me something I already knew.

Dale was great today. I was given a time window of 8-830 am arrival and he was there right at 8. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He pointed out several issues with my system and gave my solid guidance. I will be upgrading my system this next year and will be using Roth heating because of the service I received from Dale.
