  As a first-time homeowner, having someone who took the time to educate me instead of pressure me gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. I had Roth install a new Daikin furnace and AC system in my home, and I can’t say enough good things about working with Dillon throughout the entire process. I spent weeks getting multiple bids, comparing equipment, asking countless questions, and trying to make the best decision for my home. Dillon never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different options, helped me understand why a 2-ton system made the most sense for how I actually use my home, and gave honest recommendations instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive equipment. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully and promptly. Whether it was financing, warranty registration, ductwork, Dillon followed through on everything he said he would do. Even after the installation was complete, he continued to respond quickly and personally made sure any remaining concerns would be addressed. The installation itself went smoothly, the system passed all of its commissioning checks, and the Daikin system has been running great. Buying an HVAC system is a major investment, and it can honestly feel overwhelming. Having someone knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dillon and Roth Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

  Roth sent Mr. David Ridderbusch who proved to be one of the most honest and competent heating and AC repair technicians I have ever met. He expertly completed an extremely thorough investigation of both our gas heat exchanger, blower unit, and air conditioner - practically dismantling the unit in the process. I could even hear him count the number of screws used to attach each component, and then count again as he reassembled everything. He demonstrated amazing attention to detail. He then took the time to lookup all the necessary repair parts and provided a concise, well written estimate, carefully reviewing everything part by part, ensuring I understood it. This was an evaluation provided by Roth to help us decide if we should repair the unit we have or go with a new one. From my experience, you often run into individuals or companies that really want to sell you a new unit and create bigger profits for themselves. David was completely honest and advised that a repair would likely last about 8 years and be at least 2/3 less expensive than a new unit. As the unit is currently 8 years old, with the repair the unit would be about 16 years old when major repairs might be needed. This is completely in-line with my own experience and research. We may very well go with a new system, but only because I'm not a fan of Trane and have never had a very good experience with their products. Although I do have to admit that going another 8 years at 1/3 the price of a new unit is very tempting and I know the job would be done right. I have to admit I'm impressed with the company and their technician David. As such, I highly recommend them if you are in need of any heating and air conditioning repair work.

  What a great experience with this company from start to finish! Kaleb arrived on time and got right to work assessing the issues with my air conditioning system. He was polite, respectful and a wealth of knowledge. He communicated with me throughout the process, keeping me updated as he performed various system diagnostics, then walked me through the issues he found that needed to be addressed. He spoke in simple, easy to understand terms, and fixed the problems that caused the Air Conditioner to fail. Clear, smooth process, clear communication and great customer service! Thanks Kaleb!

  Chris Reeves from Roth Home came to perform a hot water heater flush, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. After inspecting my water heater, Chris determined that it was 12 years old and explained that flushing it at this stage could potentially cause damage that was not currently present. Rather than simply performing the service I had requested, he took the time to explain the risks and recommended against the flush in my particular situation. I greatly appreciated his honesty and commitment to doing what was best for me rather than just completing a service. Chris patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about the future of my water heater. He provided valuable information about replacement options and helped me understand the best solutions for my family’s hot water needs. He also introduced me to options I wasn’t previously aware of, which gave me confidence in planning for the future. By the time Chris left, I felt extremely well informed and genuinely thankful for his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything in detail. It is refreshing to work with someone who is both highly knowledgeable and focused on the customer’s best interests.
