All the team members were very nice and respectful. They said there is a complementary one year check up coming as well. The pricing is very competitive with the lower cost with high end brands. In the attic on a 90 degree day.

Our AC went out in the middle of the first big heat wave of the summer, and I was pretty sure we wouldn’t be able to get an appointment anywhere. After calling around to a bunch of places, we were able to get a same-day after-hours appointment with Mike’s for only a little more than other places were charging for a regular appointment, and the folks answering the phones were great! Our technician Christopher was super knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful and got us back up and running in less than an hour, which was a huge relief. Thank you!
