  This company truly cares about customer experience and quality. We got three quotes initially, but it was a no-brainer to go with AK Carpet because of their pricing, thorough inspection, and transparency. They pointed out potential concerns upfront so there were no surprises later — something none of the other contractors did. We had a mild miscommunication at the beginning, and they actually showed up in person to shake our hands, apologize, and make everything right. Again, it was minor, but the fact that they cared enough to handle it personally was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other contractors who had been a nightmare to work with. Our upstairs and downstairs floors look amazing. They went the extra mile in multiple areas, and communication throughout the process was excellent. We will 100% hire them again for any future projects!

  I found basically the exact flooring I was looking for to match my existing going into a single wide manufactured home on marketplace . I called ahead of time to confirm, when I arrived, everything was seamless. Was even greeted by pretty girls. To top it off Rex threw in a nice piece of transition strip by which I almost completely forgot to grab. Very appreciative of this man’s business. Thanks Rex and friends. I will return.

  Rex and his team are great. They have a wide selection of flooring and what I like the most that sets them apart is that they always have close out stock deals. We have been able to buy high quality flooring at heavily discounted prices which helps us save money on our rental properties with out sacrificing quality.
