⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars – Give This Man a Raise! After a wild Halloween party, I found myself in a situation no homeowner ever wants to explain. My shower drain was completely defeated by what can only be described as the aftermath of questionable life decisions and too many hotdogs. I tried everything. Chemicals, drain cleaners, even my own snake. Nothing worked. Then this absolute legend showed up. Westley Norton arrived with his long metal snake, expertly unclogged my hole, restored the flow, and disappeared into the darkness like some kind of plumbing Batman. No unnecessary drama. No judgment. Just a man, his snake, and a mission. I’ve never been so happy to have a stranger come into my house and successfully clear my pipes. Give this man a raise, a promotion, and a cape. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough. 10/10. Would absolutely let him snake my hole again. 😂🔧

Chase provided exceptional service from start to finish. He completely exceeded my expectations by giving me a full breakdown of the work involved and upfront quotes before any remediation began. After efficiently finishing the job, he walked me through the next steps for a larger, ongoing plumbing issue we have so we know exactly what to do when we are ready. I really appreciate his transparency and expertise!

We contacted Amped on a Sunday when our sewer line was backed up. They contacted us back immediately and sent someone out fast. The technician was very polite and did a great job clearing our line. We were very thankful that they came out on a weekend and were so helpful and fast to respond. My only negative is that I wish the technician had put the reason for the backup or what he did on the invoice. I like to make sure I keep detailed records of all work done on our house for future issues or to hand off to the next owner.
