- GEG ElsonSep 21, 20255.0Recently we need help with a roof leak on a Sunday evening. Called Destiny Roofing explained our situation and Destiny Roofing immediately came out and put a temporary patch to avoid any additional damage to the interior of our home.
- DHDebi HamiltonMar 16, 20225.0We have used Destin Roofing at for our Real Estate business and personally for many years. They are honest, dependable and charge a fair price.
- NKNorma KirkNov 8, 20211.0I would not recommend this company at all. I had problems less than a year they do not stand behind the work they do.
- DGDustin GarlandApr 29, 20181.0Don't be fooled, these people might seem to be nice but just under 2 years with a new roof and have the same leaks as before. When we called them to come back out tried to blame rooted wood. Had another company come look and said the they took short cuts. So after spending 7k with them I'm stuck spending more to get it done right. Had a friend use them and had a worse experience than me. Sad they still are in business to treat others the same.
Frequently Asked Questions About Destiny Roofing
How does hail damage a roof?
Hail can cause significant damage to asphalt shingles by dislodging protective mineral granules, eroding shingle edges, and potentially penetrating the shingles themselves. This damage exposes the underlying materials to UV rays, which can substantially reduce your roof's lifespan.
Is it possible to see hail damage to my roof from the ground?
Hail damage to your roof is often not visible from ground level. However, if you notice damage to other areas like siding, gutters, or vehicles, it's likely your roof has also been affected. Given the difficulty in spotting roof damage, it's advisable to contact a professional roofing contractor in Oklahoma who specializes in hail damage for a thorough assessment after a storm.
What should I do if I think I have hail damage?
If you suspect hail damage, we recommend contacting Destiny Roofing or another reputable roofing company specializing in storm damage for an immediate inspection. Additionally, inform your insurance company and request an adjuster to assess the damage. Our team at Destiny Roofing will document the hail damage and collaborate directly with your insurance provider to ensure all necessary repairs or replacements are addressed.
Will I need to get my roof replaced right away?
Immediate roof replacement isn't always necessary. The extent of hail damage determines whether repairs or full replacement is needed. Even minor repairs should be handled by professionals to prevent damage to surrounding shingles. It's important to note that many insurance companies have a time limit, often one year, for filing hail damage claims. We recommend consulting a reputable Oklahoma roofing company promptly to address any issues before they lead to further complications.
Why would my insurance company replace my entire roof?
Insurance companies often opt for full roof replacement after hail damage as it's typically more cost-effective than risking potential failure of a compromised roof and subsequent damage to the home's interior. At Destiny Roofing in Wagoner, Oklahoma, we bring over 35 years of combined experience in residential and commercial roofing, specializing in hailstorm damage repairs. We offer comprehensive services including roof replacement, repairs, and free estimates throughout northeastern Oklahoma. Given the difficulty in detecting hail damage from ground level, we strongly recommend professional roof inspections to ensure your home remains protected.
