  I just had weatherization completed through PSO. Titan ES sent a crew of 3 professionals to caulk windows, replace weather stripping, and seal air leaks in my home. Great service! Excellent team!

  They came in and winterize the house after they were gone we realized $100 bill was stolen from our lawn care box that was in our ice box in our room he asked to use the restroom then after they left we realized the $100 bill was gone

  Since AEP-PSO offers ths program for FREE (if approved) to their customers, Titan ES, LLC scheduled a time and completed some insulation work at our home. Since I have relatives who are unaware of the program, I referred both my mother and aunt. At our initial and discovery consultation, Johnathan visited with my family and I. He was professional and really nice. Later, a crew of 3 came out to do the actual work and did a decent job. I just wish they'd all cleaned up after the work had been concluded. There was caulk left on our hardwood flooring in the kitchen area. However, the 'main guy' (can't recall his name) was really friendly and tried to keep track of cleaning up after his colleagues. Additionally, I appreciated him for wiping up some caulk that had spilled onto our carpet. I did call later about a few questions that I had. No one answered, after calling for over a week. I finally spoke with someone (Candy), and she said they'd been out of the office. After telling her the purpose of the call-I was told she'd have "him," return my call. However, no one ever did... that was over a week ago! They're not always good at returning or answering calls. But overall, I like what Titan offers. Plus, we received a Walmart gift card for both of our referrals, so that was pretty cool, too!👌🏽

  The team inspected and worked on my house. With the cold temps, I could see a major improvement to the balance of temp across the whole house. Thank you Titan team!

  PSO contracted with Titan ES to provide their Energy Efficiency Program. I “assumed” PSO had vetted this group and trusted them in my home. They sent 3 employees who spent approximately 4 hours weather stripping, adding insulation etc. and unfortunately one of these employees stole from me. I contacted their local Manager who was quite defensive and rude and he refused to accept any responsibility for his employee. So far I have filed a report with TPD and a formal complaint with PSO prompting an investigation. I will continue to speak out because Tulsans need to be warned about this company and PSO needs to stop recommending them!
