  We recently hired The Asphalt Guys to complete asphalt crack repair and sealing throughout our gated neighborhood, and we are very pleased with the finished product. We obtained three bids, and The Asphalt Guys stood out from the beginning. Their proposal was the most itemized. Their price was also just under the second-lowest bid, giving us confidence that we were receiving excellent value without sacrificing quality. The project experienced multiple weather-related delays, but communication from Mo remained good throughout the process. He kept us informed and worked with us to reschedule the work accommodating our need for a one week notice to residents. I highly recommend closing both lanes of traffic on the entire street being worked on rather than doing one lane at a time on narrow streets. Although this required additional coordination and was an inconvenience for residents, we felt it was the best approach to protect the quality of the work. We closed the worked streets from 6:00 a.m. on street workday until 5:30 a.m. the following morning to allow drying time during 95+ temps. We asked residents living on the streets being worked on to park outside the barricades on the outbound curbside only. This allowed safe and efficient flow of traffic. We would definitely recommend The Asphalt Guys to others looking for quality asphalt crack repair and sealing work.

Their team was professional, efficient, easy to work with, and did an outstanding job from start to finish.
