  We just had the opportunity to speak with representative Nathaniel Garwick about installing new windows. To be honest I thought I knew enough about the materials, maintenance, installation process etc. but Nathaniel REALLY knew his stuff! My wife and I were extremely impressed by Nathaniel’s knowledge, professionalism and kindness. If even a fraction of the staff are like Nathaniel Garwick I’d highly recommend this company over anyone else HANDS DOWN!   When we realized our master bathroom shower had to be replaced because of mold, we hoped we'd find a good contractor. What we found was an exceptional team in Tailored Roofing • Remodeling • Bathrooms. Our home is only 11 years old, but we had discovered mold and knew the shower needed to be replaced. During the initial consultation, Gabe Garwick took the time to answer all of our questions, patiently walked us through the available options, and helped us design the shower we wanted while also keeping our costs under control. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more than necessary. Once the project began, we discovered the real culprit. The original builder had failed to properly seal the shower drain, allowing water to leak beneath the shower pan for years. When the shower was removed, additional mold was discovered beneath the pan that none of us expected. Rather than simply covering it up, Cody Emert thoroughly explained exactly what had happened, showed us the affected areas, and made sure every bit of mold was removed. Fortunately, the mold had not spread into the framing, so there were no surprise charges. I've attached before-and-after photos because they tell the story far better than words ever could. Seeing what was hidden behind the walls gave us an even greater appreciation for the quality of the work that went into rebuilding our shower correctly. Cody was absolutely outstanding. He completed the entire project himself in just two full days, arriving on time each morning and cleaning up before leaving each evening. He was incredibly respectful of our home, even storing his tools inside the new shower pan overnight so we could continue using the bathroom and easily access our closet. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot about his professionalism. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and communication. Throughout the installation, he kept us informed of his progress, and if we didn't come check on him, he came to find us with updates. He involved us in every important decision, from the height and placement of the fold-down bench and grab bar to the height of the shower head and control valve. He even installed shutoff valves inside the wall so that if plumbing work is ever needed years from now, the entire house wouldn't have to be without water. Better yet, he only needed the water shut off for about 20 minutes to install them. Now that we've actually used the new shower, we couldn't be happier with the results. The design choices Gabe helped us make, combined with Cody's craftsmanship, somehow make the shower feel noticeably larger and more open even though the footprint hasn't changed. We were also a little hesitant about upgrading the shower head, but after our first shower we're so glad we did. The water pressure is excellent, the spray options are fantastic, and the overall showering experience is a huge improvement over what we had before. The finished shower is beautiful, but what gives us the most confidence is knowing what is behind the walls. After seeing the hidden mold and the improperly sealed drain left by the original builder, it's reassuring to know our new shower was rebuilt the right way with quality materials, thoughtful upgrades, and outstanding workmanship. I work for a company where taking care of the customer isn't just a goal—it's part of our culture. Because of that, I notice when another company genuinely puts its customers first. That's exactly what we experienced with Tailored. Gabe and Cody weren't just completing a job—they genuinely cared about doing it right and making sure we were happy every step of the way. If they are representative of the people at Tailored, then this is a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would recommend Tailored without hesitation.
