  Absolutely wonderful service! I called yesterday after some plumbing work uncovered mold in our bathroom, and they were able to come out today for an inspection. Bailey was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what steps we needed to take next. I really appreciated how helpful and reassuring he was throughout the process. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing mold inspection or remediation services!

  The water main broke and flooded the first floor of my parent’s house. The first company (I won’t name them here) was awful, terrible delays such that the insurance company was even like what’s going on. Enter RestoPros. They were fantastic, timely, worked with insurance, and my parents are so happy with the downstairs restoration work. 10/10 would recommend.

  I give mitigation part 5 stars! Very quick & efficient. Devon & Bailey went above & beyond. They communicated well & very professional. The rebuild of my kitchen I would give 4.5 stars. Chelsea is great to work with and went above & beyond for me. Main hiccup & hold up was insurance claim, not RestaPros! However, RestaPros didn’t follow up exactly with additional requests at first & it caused a few issues. Plus communication with contract vs mitigation cost. Nothing major. Eric the contract guy was really great to work with. Paul/Owner was gracious enough to come by & explain a few things to me that I didn’t understand. I appreciated that. Overall, I’m giving 5 stars for the professionalism, willingness to help resolve any issues that came up & they did great work on my remodel of the kitchen. Thanks RestaPros!

  We couldn't be happier with the rebuild work done on our house after the damage we experienced. From start to finish, the team's attention to detail was evident in every part of the process. From matching trim and finishes to making sure the rebuilt areas blended seamlessly with the rest of the home. You never know what parts of the house have been damaged. What really set RestoPros apart was how they handled everything with our insurance. They worked directly with our adjuster, provided detailed and accurate estimates, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks in the claims process. That alone took a huge weight off our shoulders during an already stressful time. On top of that, the project stayed on schedule. The estimated timelines were realistic, and there were no unnecessary delays. We could not have asked for better communication. We never had to question where we were at in the project, what was coming next or who to contact. We highly recommend this team to anyone dealing with a home restoration. Profession, detail oriented, and honest about timelines and cost, exactly what you want when rebuilding your home due to unforeseen circumstances.
